Working at RMMBR means a lot of fun during and after work. We are a young and informal organization, where everyone is involved in the growth of RMMBR and each other. We believe that it is important to keep on learning and investing in your development and that of our customers. Together we work on the coolest digital learning solutions AND we organize the coolest company trips.
Teamwork
At RMMBR you fully participate from day 1 in your expertise team and in projects. These teams are independent, self-organized, and are fully responsible.
Here you are given the freedom to do what you are good at and you will be challenged to get even better at what you are good at. The teams keep each other focused and provide valuable feedback. Keeping in mind that making mistakes is allowed, not learning from them isn’t 😊.

People
To invest in each other has become a vital factor to us. In terms of fun, we organize different events, like winter sports, our lustrum trip to Mallorca, the Efteling and regularly dinners and drinks. In terms of relaxation, you’ll get monthly chair massages, a daily healthy lunch and (un)healthy snacks at the office. And of course, also concerning self-development: courses, coaches, team building sessions, seminars, conferences and – unsurprisingly – online learning.
We have an open and transparent company culture. Every quarter we share our business results, we are transparent about which partners we work with, and we openly share what went right and what went wrong.
RMMBR is part of a group of digital learning initiatives. For example, we are a proud partner of the Future Work Skills Foundation. With this foundation we have recently achieved our goal of introducing at least 1% of the Dutch citizens to the online AI course.
That’s why we are ready for our next goal with I AM DIGITAL. By the end of 2023, we would like to prepare 1 million professionals for the Digital Transformation.
And if that isn’t enough, we also work in joint ventures, such as Blocks. Together with our technical partner, we can deliver a customizable LXP for a full on-brand experience.
Entrepreneurship is in our DNA. Therefore, we are already dreaming about our next initiative. What should it be? A National Climate Course or World Health Course?
