An immersive leadership landscape
Our solution? An interactive landscape featuring knowledge chapters (with avatars), Compliance Check, Knowledge Check and a Role Indicator.
These components all help to deepen the knowledge of users, providing leaders with valuable insights. Upon finishing each chapter, the landscape evolves, giving users instant feedback on their progress.
From start to finish
The user begins with the knowledge chapters. These chapters not only contain relevant information about a leader’s role and responsibilities, but also challenge them to think about the question: ‘What would I do in this situation?’
After completing the chapters, the user indicates that they have understood all the knowledge and will be compliant with laws and regulations via the Compliance Check.
Now they are ready for the Knowledge Check: five questions to assess whether they have understood all the information.
As processes and policies have already been documented, there is no need to explain everything from start to finish. Therefore, we have built a library functionality, allowing leaders easy access to important documents.

Audio advice
In addition to the interactive dashboard, each knowledge chapter includes an avatar, that frequently appears with an audio message. Users receive a notification when the virtual advisor has a message.
The avatar takes on the role of an experienced colleague at TenneT, offering helpful advice and tips. They also discuss (challenging) practical situations and how to handle them.
This provides an engaging mix of reading and listening and adds a personal touch to the knowledge chapters.
