Making the Netherlands AI-ready
Did you know that only 7% of Dutch companies is fully prepared to effectively use AI? At the same time, the Dutch labor market is urgently calling for better productivity and demands that organizations meet the requirements of the upcoming EU AI Act. That’s why we developed AI-Certified: a free, online AI course for all employed professionals in the Netherlands.
A personalized experience
Not every employed professional has the same starting level of AI knowledge, which is why AI-Certified offers a personalized experience. The full basic course consists of 8 micro-learnings. However, by taking a pre-test beforehand, an individualized learning path is created, focusing only on the topics where the participant did not score sufficiently. In addition to the basic course, several industry-specific learning paths have been and are currently being developed for the energy, healthcare, government, and manufacturing sectors.
Let’s get certified!
The full basic course provides 4 to 6 hours of AI knowledge. Participants can access the course for free, at any time, on both desktop and mobile devices. After completing a micro-learning, they earn a digital badge; upon completing the full course, participants receive a certificate of participation. Want an officially recognized certificate? There’s also the option to take an exam with examination agency Van Haren Learning Solutions.
What will I learn?
AI-Certified takes you on a journey through the world of AI, starting with the basics: What is AI? What can you do with it? The course then moves on to more specific topics, such as data management, machine learning, responsible AI usage, and the future of AI. It includes numerous practical examples from various industries.

But with the right stakeholders, we are able to scale it globally. This includes translating the course, updating the content, anad making it suitable for each industry.
