Health & Safety

During the spring of 2020 we were all reminded of the importance of health care. All the motivated, committed, and well-trained people who provide us with professional and safe care. All the people who give personal attention and at the same time are able to keep up with the patient administration.

How do you take care of your healthcare staff?

It is a recurring task for healthcare organizations to train all their (new) healthcare professionals: from caretakers and nurses to interns and volunteers. In the meantime, the current healthcare workers must be regularly retrained as well.

Everyone who works in healthcare is especially focused on doing their job as well as possible for the sake of their clients and patients. Although the importance of learning and developing is well-known, finding the needed time remains difficult.

Therefore, learning programs must be developed efficiently and in accordance with the uniform agreements. Ideally also including a personal twist.

For onboarding programs this means that employees should feel welcome, are guided, get to know the systems, and are quickly prepared to get started.

This means that individual training, and personal guidance are necessary while remaining the needed uniformity. And some (or maybe even most) of this is possible via e-learning.

A high-level standard.

Every project is unique. However, we do see a few recurring occurrences in many healthcare e-learning solutions.

  • Practice-oriented: This can be directly applied via relevant cases in the daily practices.
  • Room for reflection: Learn-Practice-Reflect is a cycle that continuously repeats itself.
  • Personal: Recognizable, relevant in terms of content and terminology, and of course also in look & feel.
  • Accessible: Short but powerful learning moments, clear language, cross device. Besides, it’s a lot of fun to do thanks to our interactive educational methods, recognizable videos, and stimulating questions.
  • Blended: Online and offline merge seamlessly. Experience is key.
